Key Responsibilities
. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
. Create and publish content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
. Support website updates and basic content management.
. Assist with general IT support and technology-related tasks.
. Help prepare marketing and communication materials.
. Conduct online research and compile reports.
. Engage with customers and respond to inquiries across digital platforms.
. Support company events, campaigns, and promotional activities.
. Support lead generation activities.
. Perform administrative and departmental tasks as assigned.

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
. Good communication and writing skills.
. Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies.
. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
